WINIFRED (Win) CHAPMAN 26th March 2018. Suddenly at Glan Clwyd Hospital, aged 86 years of Trem y Cwm, Rhyl Road, Rhuddlan, formerly of Vale View, Cwm. Beloved wife of the late Geoff Chapman, dear sister of Glynne and the late Tecwyn Vaughan and a much loved aunt and great aunt. Sadly missed by all. Funeral Service will be held at Ss Mael and Sulien Church, Cwm on Thursday 12th April at 11.00am, followed by interment in the churchyard.
