LUCY HUGHES Who passed away peacefully at Carr Holm Care Home, Prestatyn on Saturday 24th March 2018, aged 88 years. Devoted wife to the late Eifion Hughes. Much loved mum to Simon and Melissa. Nana to Alysha and Corey. Lucy will be sorely missed and forever remembered by all her family and friends. Funeral service to be held on Monday 9th April 2018, 1pm at St. Asaph Crematorium.
