TINA BROOKS Peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital 10th March 2018 aged 39 years. A much loved mum, partner, sister, friend and daughter to the late Sue Brooks. Funeral service to be held at St. Ann's, Rhyl followed by committal at Colwyn Bay Crematorium Wednesday 28th March 2018 at 12.30pm.
